From the center of Mtskheta, head southwest towards the main square (Mtskheta's central square). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road (Tbilisi-Mtskheta road). After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Tbilisi center. Once you get off, walk towards Rustaveli Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Zhiuli Shartava Street. The Tbilisi City Hall will be on your left at 16-18-19, 7 Zhiuli Shartava St.
