Once you reach the cathedral, continue walking along the main road (A-1) towards Gori. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Take the path that leads to the right towards the village of Armazi. Follow the signs as you walk along the road for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at the entrance to Armaztsikhe. The site is well marked, and you will see signs directing you towards the archaeological site.

    Public Transport

    From Mtskheta, you can take a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Gori. The marshrutka will depart from the central bus station in Mtskheta. Make sure to tell the driver to drop you off at the stop for Armazi. This should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, walk towards the archaeological site, which is about a 10-minute walk uphill from the main road. Look for signs that guide you to Armaztsikhe.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Mtskheta. Start from the main square and head towards the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. From there, take the A-1 road towards Gori. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn right towards Armazi. The road is moderately hilly, so be prepared for some uphill cycling. It will take approximately 20-30 minutes to reach the archaeological site, depending on your cycling speed.
