From the center of Mtskheta, head south on the main street towards the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Continue walking past the cathedral towards the Jvari Monastery. Follow the signs directing towards the Monastery, and after a 30-40 minute walk uphill, you will reach the Monuments in Mtskheta.
Public Transportation
From the center of Mtskheta, walk to the nearest bus stop and board a minibus heading towards Jvari Monastery. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Monuments in Mtskheta. The minibus will drop you off at the closest point, from where you can walk the remaining distance to the Monuments.
