Walking
From the center of Mtskheta, head towards the main square, which is located near the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Once you reach the square, look for the bus station on your right. Take the minibus (route 37) heading to Tbilisi. Inform the driver that you want to be dropped off at Rustaveli Avenue. The journey will take around 30 minutes. After getting off, walk straight for about 5 minutes along Shota Rustaveli Avenue, and you will see the Parliament of Georgia on your left.
Taxi
If you prefer a faster option, you can take a taxi from Mtskheta to Tbilisi. Taxis can be found near the main square or you can call one through a local app. The ride will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at 8 Shota Rustaveli Ave, where the Parliament of Georgia is located. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
Public Transport
From Mtskheta, walk to the main bus station located near the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Take a bus heading to Tbilisi. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Rustaveli Avenue. Once in Tbilisi, walk towards Shota Rustaveli Avenue and the Parliament of Georgia will be a short walk ahead on your left, after about 5 minutes.
