Walking
From Mtskheta town center, head towards the main street, Aghmashenebeli Street. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the exit towards Tbilisi. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the street leading to the Old Tbilisi area. Turn left onto Betlemi Street and follow it uphill. After approximately 500 meters, you will reach Upper Betlemi Church located at 14 Betlemi Rise.

From Mtskheta, take a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Tbilisi. These minibuses leave from the central bus station in Mtskheta. The ride takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the Tbilisi bus station and then transfer to a local bus or take a taxi. If you take a bus, look for one that goes towards Old Tbilisi. Alight at the stop near Betlemi Street, then walk uphill for about 500 meters to reach Upper Betlemi Church at 14 Betlemi Rise.
