Walking
If you are starting from the Rustaveli Metro Station, exit the station and head towards Rustaveli Avenue. Walk down Rustaveli Avenue until you reach the intersection with Pushkin Street. Turn left onto Pushkin Street and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. You will find a large park area to your right—this is the entrance to Mtatsminda Park. Follow the signs leading into the park and take the steep path that leads up the hill. After approximately 20-30 minutes of walking up the hill, you will reach the Mtatsminda View Point, where you can enjoy stunning views of Tbilisi.

Funicular
From the Rustaveli Metro Station, head towards Rustaveli Avenue and walk until you reach the entrance of the Funicular Railway, which is located at the base of Mtatsminda Hill. The entrance is marked and easy to find. Purchase a ticket for the funicular ride, which will take you directly to the top of Mtatsminda. The ride offers beautiful views as you ascend. Once you arrive at the top, you will be at the Mtatsminda View Point.

If you prefer to take public transport, head to the nearest bus stop on Rustaveli Avenue. Look for bus number 49, which goes towards Mtatsminda. Board the bus and enjoy the ride, which will take you up the hill. Get off at the last stop, which is near the entrance to Mtatsminda Park. From there, it's a short walk to the Mtatsminda View Point.
