If you're traveling by car from Kvemo Kartli, head north on the E60 highway towards Tbilisi. Follow signs for Tbilisi. Once you reach Tbilisi, take the exit for Freedom Square. From Freedom Square, follow Rustaveli Avenue and turn left onto Kote Afkhazi Street. Continue straight until you reach the entrance to the Tbilisi Funicular. There is parking available nearby, but make sure to check for any parking fees which may apply.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Kvemo Kartli to Tbilisi. You can find buses at the local bus station in your area. Once you arrive at the Tbilisi Central Bus Station, transfer to Bus 37, which goes directly to the Tbilisi Funicular. The bus fare is usually around 1 GEL. Get off at the Funicular stop and follow the signs to the entrance.

Another option is to take the metro. From your location in Kvemo Kartli, take a bus or taxi to the nearest metro station in Tbilisi. You can take the metro to the Rustaveli station, and from there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Tbilisi Funicular. Exit the station and head towards Kote Afkhazi Street, then follow the signs to the Funicular entrance.
