If you're starting from the popular tourist area of Rustaveli Avenue, head towards the Rustaveli Metro Station. From there, take the metro towards the 'Vazha-Pshavela' direction and disembark at 'Avlabari' station. Once you exit the station, turn left onto Shota Chitadze Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find St. Nino's Church at number 9 on your right.

If you are near the historic district of Narikala Fortress, exit the fortress area and head down towards the Old Tbilisi district. Walk down the hill, following the signs toward 'Avlabari'. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will reach Shota Chitadze Street. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes until you arrive at St. Nino's Church at 9 Shota Chitadze St.

If you are in the central area around Freedom Square, find a bus stop nearby and catch bus number 37 towards 'Avlabari'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Avlabari' stop. From there, walk straight for about 5 minutes along Shota Chitadze Street until you arrive at St. Nino's Church located at number 9.
