    From the center of Telavi, head towards the main street, G. Abashidze Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Ketevan Tsamebuli Avenue. Turn left onto Ketevan Tsamebuli Avenue and continue walking until you reach the bus station. Once at the bus station, look for a minibus or marshrutka heading to Kvareli. The fare is usually inexpensive, around 2-3 GEL. Inform the driver that you are going to Kvareli Wine Cave, and they will drop you off at the appropriate stop in Kvareli.
