From the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Bahnhof (train station), walk northeast on Bahnhofstraße towards Ludwigstraße. Continue onto Burgstraße, then turn right onto Loisachstraße. Follow Loisachstraße, crossing the river, then turn left onto Mühlbachstraße. Continue on Mühlbachstraße until you reach the confluence. The walk is approximately 2.5 km and should take around 30 minutes.

From the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Bahnhof (train station), take bus line 3 towards 'Ettal' or 'Garmisch-Partenkirchen - Partnachklamm'. Disembark at the 'Mühlbach' stop, which is a short walk from the Mündung Stelle. The bus fare is approximately €2.80. From the bus stop, walk along Mühlbachstraße to reach the confluence.
