If you are starting from Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom), exit the cathedral and head south towards the Rhine River. Once you reach the river, turn right and walk along the riverbank. Continue walking along the river until you reach the Hohenzollern Bridge (Hohenzollernbrücke). Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the first intersection. Turn left onto Quatermarkt Street. Old St. Alban will be located on your right at Quatermarkt 4.

From the Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 5 heading towards 'Refrath' or tram line 18 heading towards 'Sürth'. Get off at the stop 'Heumarkt'. After exiting the tram, walk straight towards the large square. Continue walking straight through the square and take the first right onto Quatermarkt Street. Old St. Alban will be located on your left at Quatermarkt 4.
