The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at Dortmund Hauptbahnhof (Dortmund Central Station). From there, follow the signs to the U-Bahn (subway) station.

At Dortmund Hauptbahnhof, take the U-Bahn line U45 towards 'Dorstfeld' or U47 towards 'Hörde' and get off at the 'Stadthaus' station. The ride takes around 5 minutes. Once you exit the U-Bahn, follow the signs to the exit and you will find yourself on Leonie-Reygers-Terrasse.

After exiting the U-Bahn at Stadthaus, turn left onto Leonie-Reygers-Terrasse. Walk straight for about 200 meters. Museum Ostwall will be on your left at Leonie-Reygers-Terrasse 2, 44137 Dortmund. It’s a short and pleasant walk, and you will see the museum's signage as you get closer.
