From Freiburg city center, walk to the 'ZOB' (Zentraler Omnibusbahnhof). Take bus line 720 to Colmar, which departs regularly. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Colmar bus station, exit the station and walk towards Place des Unterlinden, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs to the city center, and you will see the Tourist Office of Colmar located at Pl. des Unterlinden.
