From the Hauptstrasse (main street) in the Altstadt, the Heidelberg Tourist Information is easily accessible on foot. Orient yourself towards the Heiliggeistkirche (Church of the Holy Spirit) and walk along the Hauptstrasse. The Tourist Information is located on Obere Neckarstraße, a short walk from the church, on the right-hand side. Look for the prominent signage.

If arriving by tram or bus, the closest stop is 'Rathaus/Bergbahn'. From there, walk east along the Hauptstrasse, then turn right onto Obere Neckarstraße. The Tourist Information will be a short walk down the street on your right. A single VRN ticket within Heidelberg (Zone 125) costs approximately €2.60.

Taxis and ride-sharing services can drop you off directly in front of the Heidelberg Tourist Information at Obere Neckarstraße 31-33. A short taxi ride from Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (main train station) to the Tourist Information will cost approximately €12-15.
