The church is approximately a 5-minute walk from the tram stop.

If you are near the Rostock Zoo, you can walk to St. Marien - Ev.-Luth. Innenstadtgemeinde. Head southeast towards the 'Hirschstraße', then turn left onto 'Waldstraße'. Follow this road until you reach 'Am Karpfenteich'. Continue straight onto 'Bergstraße', then turn right onto 'Marienstraße'. The church will be on your left at b. d. Marienkirche 3 after about a 20-minute walk.
