    Getting There

    Walking

    From the entrance of St. Michael's Cave, head south towards the Upper Rock Nature Reserve entrance. Follow the path leading down the hill towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A-383 road. Keep walking for another 15 minutes, and you will see signs directing you to Playa de Zahara, which is a beautiful beach in Cádiz. Note that this area is approximately 1.5 kilometers away from the cave, so ensure you are prepared for the walk.

    Public Transport

    From St. Michael's Cave, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the main road outside the entrance. Catch the bus that goes towards La Línea de la Concepción. This journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at La Línea, transfer to a bus heading towards Cádiz. The total travel time will be around 1 hour. Once you reach Cádiz, you can walk to Playa de Zahara which is about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. Look for the signs directing you to the beach.
