Walking
From St. Michael's Cave, exit the cave and head towards the main road. Turn right onto the main path leading down the hill. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Once you are at the entrance, follow the signs pointing towards the city center and continue down the road. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach the town of Estepona. As you enter Estepona, look for signs directing you to Plaza del Reloj. The plaza is located at Pl. del Reloj, 7, and you should arrive within 5 minutes of walking once you are in the town.

From St. Michael's Cave, walk back towards the main road and find the nearest bus stop. Take Bus Line 1 towards Estepona Centro. The bus will take you through the scenic route and drop you off at the Estepona bus station. Once you arrive at the bus station, exit and walk straight until you reach the main square. Plaza del Reloj is located a short 5-minute walk from the bus station at Pl. del Reloj, 7.
