If you are starting from the Old Port of Chania, head east along the waterfront promenade until you reach the end of the harbor. Continue straight onto the street named Akti Kountourioti, and walk until you reach the intersection with G. Hatzikiriakou. Turn left onto G. Hatzikiriakou and walk for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with PEO Kissamou Chanion. From there, head straight onto PEO Kissamou Chanion. The War Memorial for Greek Cadets of WW2 is located about 8 km away. You may want to consider taking the bus for quicker travel.
