Walking
If you are starting from the central area of Corfu Town, head towards the Esplanade (Spianada) which is a large public square. From the Esplanade, walk towards the Liston Promenade which is lined with cafes and restaurants. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the promenade, where you will see the Old Fortress on your right. Keep walking past the Old Fortress, following the signs towards Leof. Dimokratias. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the Douglas Obelisk, which is located on Leof. Dimokratias. It's an impressive historical landmark near the main road.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Corfu Town Bus Station, take a bus that is heading towards Gastouri. Buses leave every 30 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Leof. Dimokratias, as the Douglas Obelisk is located nearby. Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance towards the main road and you will see the Douglas Obelisk. It should take about 15-20 minutes by bus from the town center.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Corfu Town. Simply tell the driver 'Douglas Obelisk' or provide them with the address: Leof. Dimokratias, Kerkira 491 00. The taxi will take you directly to the site, and the journey should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic.
