Bus
To reach Ekklisia Agios Thomas from Heraklion, take the KTEL bus from the central bus station (Bus Terminal A). Buy a ticket to the nearest stop to Ampelonas. The journey will take around 1.5 hours. Upon arrival at the Ampelonas stop, exit the bus and head southeast on the main road until you reach a small intersection. From there, follow the signs to Ekklisia Agios Thomas, which is approximately a 10-minute walk.

If you are in Chania, take the KTEL bus from the bus station to Rethymno. Once in Rethymno, switch buses to go to Ampelonas. The total travel time can be around 2.5 hours. After disembarking at the Ampelonas stop, walk southeast on the main road, following the signs for Ekklisia Agios Thomas, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
