Walking
If you are in the center of Rethymno, start at the Venetian Harbor. Head east along the waterfront promenade (known as the 'Esplanade') for about 500 meters until you reach the end of the harbor. From there, turn right onto Agnostou Stratioti street and continue walking straight for approximately 600 meters. You will come to a T-junction; at this point, turn left onto Igoumenou Gavriil street. The Hellenic Australian Memorial will be on your right at number 38, just a short 150-meter walk from this turn.
