Walking
If you are in the center of Heraklion, start at the main square (Plateia Eleftherias). From there, head east on 1866 Street, which is a pedestrian street filled with shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Filolaou Street. Turn left onto Filolaou Street and continue walking for about 10 minutes. The Church of Agia Ekaterini will be on your right, just before you reach the end of the street. You will recognize it by its beautiful architecture.

Public Transport
From the central bus station in Heraklion, take bus number 1, which heads towards the suburb of Nea Alikarnassos. Get off at the 'Agios Nikolaos' stop. After disembarking, walk back towards Filolaou Street, which is approximately a 5-minute walk. Once you reach Filolaou Street, turn right and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The Church of Agia Ekaterini will be on your right.
