Walking
From the center of Heraklion, head towards the bus station located at 6 28th October Street. Take bus number 1 or 2 towards Hersonissos. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Hersonissos'. From the bus stop, walk towards the beach promenade. Continue walking straight along the promenade, following the coastline. You'll pass several cafes and shops. After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach the Lighthouse of Limenas Hersonissou, which will be visible at the end of the promenade.

Start at the main square in Heraklion, known as Eleftherias Square. Walk to the nearby bus station and board a bus heading towards Hersonissos (look for signs indicating routes to 'Hersonissos').
