The museum features over 400 rare exhibits, with 32 being unique worldwide. These exhibits provide a captivating look into the evolution of traditional Greek desserts. The carefully curated collection highlights various techniques, tools, and ingredients used in pastry-making, providing visitors with a comprehensive understanding of this integral aspect of Greek culture. See works of art made from icing sugar, egg whites, lemon, gelatin, and pastry colors. The museum also displays old pastry books, tools, materials, and even an old refrigerator that worked with ice. One of the special exhibits is the fruit of the cacao tree. The museum's oldest book dates back to 1892, and the oldest item is a hand-operated flour mill from 1875. A rare item is a handwritten recipe book from 1913, penned by the Katakouzinos family from Constantinople. Visitors can see rare electric ice cream machines from 1935, metal chocolate molds, and collectible decorative chocolate molds. The library features rare recipe books with sketches from 1892 to 1966, showcasing sweets and techniques from a time when printing photos was impossible. Also on display are photos of pastry chefs and showcases from old pastry shops and workshops, pre-war confectionery tools, scales, and packaging from historical pastry shops.
