Once inside, follow the main cobblestone road uphill for about 10-15 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to Agia Sofia. The church will be located on your right side as you approach the top of the hill, just below the fortress walls.

Once you arrive, park your car in one of the designated parking areas outside the castle walls, as vehicles are not allowed inside the medieval town. From the parking area, walk towards the Land Gate entrance of the castle. After entering, follow the main cobblestone path uphill to reach the Holy Church of Hagia Sophia, which is approximately a 10-15 minute walk.

    To reach Monemvasia by public transportation, take a bus from major cities like Athens or Kalamata to Monemvasia.
