Car
If you are driving, head towards the Monemvasia castle entrance from the main road (EO Monemvasias Krokeon). Once you reach the entrance, park your car in the designated parking area. From there, walk towards the entrance of the castle, and as you enter, follow the cobblestone paths leading deeper into the castle. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will see the Holy Church of Hagia Sophia on your left. It is situated on a slight hill, and the view from there is quite stunning.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take a local bus that heads to Monemvasia from nearby towns or cities. Once you arrive at the Monemvasia bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the castle entrance located nearby. After entering, follow the cobblestone paths for about 10 minutes until you reach the Holy Church of Hagia Sophia, which will be on your left. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as the paths can be uneven.
