If you are starting from the central Syntagma Square in Nafplio, head southeast towards the waterfront. Walk along the waterfront promenade (Vasileos Konstantinou) until you reach the end of the promenade near the park. From there, turn left onto Argolis Street and continue walking straight. Once you reach the intersection with Vas. Alexandrou Street, turn right. The Church of Saint Spyridon will be on your left, just before you reach the square.

If you are coming from the Palamidi Fortress, descend the steps towards the town. Once you reach the bottom, turn left onto Vas. Alexandrou Street. Continue walking straight until you see the intersection with Argolis Street. Turn right onto Argolis Street and proceed until you see the Church of Saint Spyridon on your left.
