If you are starting from Syntagma Square, head south towards the waterfront. Walk along the promenade (Vasileos Konstantinou St.) for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Staikopoulou Street. Turn left onto Staikopoulou Street and continue walking. After approximately 200 meters, you will reach the Church of Saint Spyridon on your right, located at the corner of Staikopoulou and Kountouriotou streets.
