    From Syntagma Square in the heart of Nafplio, walk north towards the Church of Evangelistria. Continue along the road as it curves around Akronauplía peninsula. You'll pass Staikopoulos Park on your right. Follow the road uphill; alternatively, take the stepped path near the Catholic Church for a more direct route to the Castle of Tors gate. Both routes offer scenic views and lead to the main entrance of Akronauplía. No costs are involved.

    Taxis are readily available in Nafplio. A short taxi ride from the Nafplio port area or city center to the entrance of Akronauplía typically costs between €5 and €10. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. The ride takes approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
