Once you arrive at the bus stop in Chania, transfer to another bus heading to Sougia. This bus will also take around 1 hour. When you reach Sougia, disembark and look for signs directing you to the trailhead of Agia Eirini Gorge. The entrance is about a 20-minute walk from the bus stop.
