To reach Agia Roumeli, and then Kouledaki Fort, the most common approach is by ferry. Ferries connect Agia Roumeli with several coastal towns, including Chora Sfakion, Sougia, and Paleochora. From Chora Sfakion: Ferries run multiple times daily, especially during the tourist season. A one-way ticket costs approximately €10-€20. From Sougia: Ferries typically operate once daily. A one-way ticket costs around €15. From Paleochora: A single ferry runs this route each day, with tickets priced between €10-€20. Once in Agia Roumeli, follow the walking directions to the fort.
