From Rhodes Town, head to the main bus station located near the Old Town (the terminal is called KTEL). Look for the bus heading to Afantou or Faliraki. The buses run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey to Afantou takes about 30 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach Afantou. When you get off, you should be in the center of the village.

Once you are in Afantou, head towards the main road (Agiou Nikolaou Street). Walk straight until you reach the intersection with the road that leads down to the beach. Turn right onto the road leading toward Traganou Beach. Follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass some small shops and local houses. Continue walking until you reach the beach entrance, which will be clearly marked.

If you are in Faliraki, you can take a bus directly to Afantou. The bus stops are located near the beach area, and the ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the latest departure times.

If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Rhodes Town or Faliraki. Taxis are available at the main taxi stands in both locations. The fare to Traganou Beach from Rhodes Town is approximately 20-25 euros, and from Faliraki, it will be around 10-15 euros. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to Traganou Beach in Afantou.
