Start your journey from Samos by taking a ferry from Samos Town (Vathy) to the port of Kusadasi in Turkey. Ferries typically depart several times a day, so check the schedule in advance. The ferry ride takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Kusadasi, follow the signs to the bus terminal.

At the Kusadasi bus terminal, take a local bus to Selçuk. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Selçuk is the nearest town to Ancient Ephesus.

Upon arriving in Selçuk, you can walk to Ancient Ephesus. The archaeological site is about 2.5 kilometers from the bus terminal. Head east on Atatürk Boulevard, then turn left onto Meryem Ana Yolu. Follow the signs to Ephesus. It will take around 30 minutes to walk there.
