Walking
From the center of Agat, head north on Route 2 (also known as the Marine Corps Drive) towards the village of Santa Rita. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Keep an eye out for directional signs pointing towards Tumon. Turn right onto Route 1 and follow it for approximately 8 miles. You will pass through several villages, including Barrigada and Dededo. As you approach Tumon, look for signs indicating the Aquarium of Guam. The aquarium is located at 1245 Pale San Vitores Rd, Ste 400, in Tumon, which is on your left-hand side. The walk from Agat will take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours depending on your pace.
