Car
From Mount Lamlam, get onto Route 1 (also known as Marine Corps Drive) heading north. Continue driving for approximately 15 minutes. You will pass through the village of Asan and then into Tumon. Look for signs directing you to Tumon Bay. Once you reach Tumon, follow the road towards the coast. There are multiple access points to the beach along the bay, and parking is available in designated areas; however, note that some lots may charge a fee.

Public Transportation
To reach Tumon Bay using public transportation, walk to the nearest bus stop in Mount Lamlam. Board the bus heading towards Tumon. The bus ride should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Tumon, get off at one of the stops near the beach area. From there, it will be a short walk to reach the bay. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for return trips.
