From central locations in Northern Guam, such as Tumon or Dededo, head south on Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive). Continue for approximately 25 miles, then turn right onto Route 2 towards Humåtak. Stay on Route 2 for about 5 miles, then turn left onto Sella Bay Road. Follow this road to reach the Sella Bay Overlook. Parking is available at the overlook. Car rentals are available at the airport and major hotels. Expect to pay around $40-$60 per day for a rental car.

From Asan Beach Park, take the bus towards the village of Humåtak. Check the bus schedule as services may vary. Once in Humåtak, it's approximately a 1.5-mile walk to Sella Bay Overlook.
