Walking
From the Guam Power Authority substation WBP-2, located just north of Umatac Bay, start on the trail to Fouha Rock. The trail, situated to the left of the substation, curves to the right before descending to the shore. Fouha Rock is visible from the trail's end and can be reached by walking along the shore. Note that the return hike involves an uphill climb, and the shoreline has sharp rocks.

Public Transport
From Hagåtña, take the bus heading south towards Humåtak. The bus stop for Humåtak is in the center of the village. From there, walk north along the main road until you reach the Guam Power Authority substation WBP-2, located on the right-hand side of the road just north of Umatac Bay. The trail to Fouha Rock starts at the left of the substation. A one-way bus ticket costs approximately $1.

From anywhere on Guam, a taxi can take you to the Guam Power Authority substation WBP-2, located just north of Umatac Bay. From the substation, the trail to Fouha Rock is to the left. Taxi fares vary, with a standard flag rate of approximately $3, plus additional charges per mile. A round-trip from Tumon to Merizo can cost $80-$100.
