    From Umatac Bay, head northeast on the main road (Route 4) towards Oka. Continue on Route 4 for about 3.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and continue for about 0.8 miles. Look for a small road sign indicating Oka Cliff; turn right onto the road that leads towards Oka Cliff. Follow this road until you reach the parking area. The coordinates for the cliff are approximately 13.5013° N, 144.7702° E.

    Take a local bus from Umatac Bay heading toward Hagatna. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as services may be limited. Get off at the bus stop near the intersection of Route 1 and Route 4. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk towards Oka Cliff. Head north along Route 1 until you see the sign for Oka Cliff, then turn right onto the road leading to the cliff. Walk along Route 4 heading northeast for about 3.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and continue walking for about 0.8 miles. You will find a road sign for Oka Cliff; turn right and walk straight down this road until you reach the parking area.
