From Umatac Bay, head northeast on the main road (Route 4) towards Oka. Continue on Route 4 for about 3.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and continue for about 0.8 miles. Look for a small road sign indicating Oka Cliff; turn right onto the road that leads towards Oka Cliff. Follow this road until you reach the parking area. The coordinates for the cliff are approximately 13.5013° N, 144.7702° E.
