    The Guam Regional Transit Authority (GRTA) operates bus routes that connect to Humåtak. From the Humåtak bus stop, it is approximately 2 miles to Cetti Bay Overlook. From the bus stop, follow Route 4 north, then turn left onto the unpaved road leading to the overlook. The standard bus fare is $3.00/day or $1.00/ride.
