Driving
From Humåtak, head southwest on Route 4. Continue for approximately 6 miles (10 minutes). Look for the sign for Cetti Bay Overlook and turn left onto an unpaved road leading to the overlook. There is no parking fee.
Public Transport
The Guam Regional Transit Authority (GRTA) operates bus routes that connect to Humåtak. From the Humåtak bus stop, it is approximately 2 miles to Cetti Bay Overlook. From the bus stop, follow Route 4 north, then turn left onto the unpaved road leading to the overlook. The standard bus fare is $3.00/day or $1.00/ride.
Taxi
Taxis are available in Guam, but service to Cetti Bay Overlook may be limited. A taxi from Guam International Airport to Humåtak is estimated to cost $30-$40. Confirm the fare and availability with the taxi operator beforehand.
