From Ypao Beach Park, exit the park and head northwest on Marine Corps Dr (Route 1). Continue driving for about 4 miles. Look for the signs for Asan Bay Overlook on your left near the intersection with FP68. Turn left onto FP68 and follow the road. The overlook will be on your right. Parking is available at the site.

Take the bus route that services Marine Corps Dr. Get on any bus heading north towards Hagatna. After approximately 4 stops, ask the driver to drop you off near the intersection of Marine Corps Dr and FP68. From there, you will need to walk approximately 0.5 miles along FP68 to reach Asan Bay Overlook. Look for the signs that indicate the direction to the overlook.
