Walking
If you are starting from the Central Park (Parque Central) in Antigua, head northeast on 5ta Avenida Norte towards 6ta Calle. Continue on 5ta Avenida Norte until you reach Avenida Norte. Turn left onto Avenida Norte and follow it for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. The Pacaya Volcano Trek & Tour office is located at Avenida Norte 5a, Antigua, Guatemala, which will be on your right.

Tuk-Tuk
You can easily find a tuk-tuk (a small open-air vehicle) from any point in Antigua. Just signal one and tell the driver 'Pacaya Volcano Tour' or 'Avenida Norte 5a'. The ride should take about 10 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right in front of the Pacaya Volcano Trek & Tour office.

Public Bus
From Central Park, walk to the nearest bus stop for a 'chicken bus' heading towards San Vicente Pacaya. Once you are on the bus, ask the driver to drop you off at the Pacaya Volcano entrance. The fare is very inexpensive (around 5-10 Quetzales). After getting off, you will need to walk about 15-20 minutes to reach the Trek & Tour office at Avenida Norte 5a.
