    To reach Estación Biológica Las Guacamayas from Flores, begin by traveling 75 km to the Q'eqchí community of Paso Caballos. The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours on a dirt road, best traversed with a 4x4 vehicle. Upon arrival in Paso Caballos, a 15-20 minute boat ride along the San Pedro River will take you to the station. PROPETÉN and other operators offer transportation from Flores.
