    From Tikal National Park, head south on Route CA-9. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will see signs for Route 9 toward Santa Elena. Continue on Route 9 for about 12 kilometers. Look for signs indicating 'Laguna Yaxhá' or 'Parque Nacional Yaxhá'. Turn right onto the access road leading to the park entrance. The entrance fee is approximately Q50 ($6.50 USD) per person. After entering the park, you can explore the scenic views and trails.

    To reach Parque Nacional Yaxhá from Tikal National Park using public transportation, you will first need to take a collectivo (shared taxi) from Tikal to Santa Elena.
