If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Gracias, Lempira. Head northwest on the CA-4 highway towards the town of San Manuel Colohete. Continue on CA-4 for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the junction with the CA-11. Turn left onto the CA-11 and drive for about 25 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to the Templo de Rosalila, which will be to the right off the CA-11. Note that the area may not have clear signage, so using a GPS or a maps application will greatly assist in navigation.

For those using public transportation, first travel to Gracias by bus from major cities like Tegucigalpa or San Pedro Sula. Once in Gracias, take a local bus to San Manuel Colohete, which is the closest town to Templo de Rosalila. The bus ride will take about 1 hour, and expect a fare of around 50 Lempira (about $2 USD). From San Manuel Colohete, you may need to hire a taxi to take you to Templo de Rosalila since public transport options may be limited.
