Public Transport
From the center of Tatabanya, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Tatabánya, Kossuth Lajos utca'. Take bus number 20 towards 'Oroszlány'. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the 'Tatabánya, Vasútállomás' stop. From there, transfer to the train service to Budapest. Purchase a ticket to 'Budapest Déli' station. The train ride takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive at 'Budapest Déli', exit the station and take the metro line 2 (red line) at 'Déli Pályaudvar' towards 'Örs vezér tere'. Get off at 'Széll Kálmán tér' station. From 'Széll Kálmán tér', take tram number 59 or 61 towards 'Budavári Palota'. After about 5 stops, you will arrive at 'Szentháromság tér'. The Church of Our Lady of Buda Castle is a short walk from the tram stop.

Alternatively, if you are in another part of Tatabanya, make your way to the bus or train station by asking locals or using a map. Once you reach 'Budapest Déli', follow the metro and tram instructions to reach 'Szentháromság tér'.
