Walking
If you're starting from the center of Borgarnes, head south on Borgarbraut toward the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the main road, Route 1, heading towards Reykjavík. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach the bus stop at Borgarnes. From there, you can catch a bus heading to Reykjavík. The bus ride takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Reykjavík, head toward the waterfront and follow the signs to Fiskislóð. The Whales of Iceland is located at Fiskislóð 23-25, near the harbor.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Borgarnes. Start by heading south on Borgarbraut, then continue to the roundabout. Take the second exit to Route 1 towards Reykjavík. The cycle route is well-marked, and you will enjoy beautiful views along the way. After cycling for about 30 minutes, you will reach the bus stop at Borgarnes where you can catch a bus to Reykjavík. Upon arriving, navigate towards the waterfront and follow the signs to Fiskislóð. Whales of Iceland will be on your left at Fiskislóð 23-25.

From Borgarnes, locate the local bus station. Take the bus that goes directly to Reykjavík. The bus journey will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Reykjavík, disembark at the main bus terminal. From there, walk towards the waterfront, following the signs for Fiskislóð. It is a short walk, about 10-15 minutes. Whales of Iceland is located at Fiskislóð 23-25, just follow the waterfront until you reach the museum.
