Getting There

Walking
From the center of Grindavik, head north on Aðalgata road toward the intersection with Hólagata. Continue straight as Aðalgata turns into Hólagata. After about 500 meters, you will reach the main road (Route 43). Turn left and walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 41. Continue straight on Route 41 for another 10 kilometers until you reach Reykjavík. Once in Reykjavík, follow signs toward the harbor area. When you reach Fiskislóð street, turn right and walk about 200 meters to find Aurora Reykjavík - The Northern Lights Center at Fiskislóð 53.

Public Bus
From Grindavik, walk to the nearest bus stop on Aðalgata. Take Bus 55 towards Reykjavík. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Reykjavík, get off at the Hlemmur bus station. From Hlemmur, walk towards the harbor area. Follow signs for Fiskislóð street, and after about a 15-minute walk, you will arrive at Aurora Reykjavík - The Northern Lights Center, located at Fiskislóð 53.

If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Grindavik to Reykjavík. You can call a local taxi service from your accommodation in Grindavik. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at Fiskislóð 53, where Aurora Reykjavík - The Northern Lights Center is located.
