From Hafnarfjörður, walk to the nearest bus stop, Hafnarfjörður Ráðhúsið. Take bus number 1 towards 'Hlemmur' and ride for about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Hlemmur'. From there, transfer to bus number 14 towards 'Sæbraut' and ride for another 10 minutes. Disembark at the stop 'Hverfisgata'. The House of Collections is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop, located at Hverfisgata 15, Reykjavík.

If you prefer walking, start from the center of Hafnarfjörður, head towards the waterfront, and follow the path along the coast. This scenic walk will take you approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Keep walking north until you reach Reykjavík's city center. When you reach Hverfisgata, turn right and continue walking until you find The House of Collections at number 15.
