Car
From Hengifoss Waterfall, drive back towards Route 1 (the Ring Road). Continue south on Route 1 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Egilsstaðir. At Egilsstaðir, turn left onto Route 93 towards the town of Seyðisfjörður. After about 20 kilometers, look for a sign indicating Klifbrekku Waterfall, which is located off a gravel road on the right. The parking area is close to the waterfall. Please note that a 1000 ISK parking fee may be required.

Public Transportation
From Hengifoss Waterfall, you can take a bus back to Egilsstaðir. Once in Egilsstaðir, you can catch a bus towards Seyðisfjörður. Ensure to check the local bus schedules, as they may vary. After arriving at the designated drop-off point, you may need to walk for about 1 kilometer to reach the Klifbrekku Waterfall. This route may take significantly longer, so plan accordingly.
