From Hengifoss Waterfall, head back towards Egilsstaðir on Route 1. Continue on Route 1 for approximately 36 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 93 near Hella. Take the exit onto Route 93 and continue for about 12 kilometers. Look for signs pointing towards Ægissíðufoss Waterfall and follow the gravel road leading to the parking area. The waterfall is a short walk from the parking lot.
