Walking
From the center of Ísafjörður, head southwest on Hafnarstræti street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Aðalstræti. Turn left onto Aðalstræti and walk until you reach the main road. Cross the road and take the bus stop near the bridge. You will need to take the bus towards Bolungarvík. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes.

Once on the bus, stay on until you reach Bolungarvík. The bus will drop you off at the main bus stop in Bolungarvík. From there, exit the bus stop and head south on Þuríðarbraut road, following the signs leading to the campground. Tjaldsvæði Bolungarvíkur is located along this road, approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Look for the campground entrance on your left.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle in Ísafjörður. Follow the same route as if you were walking, but on your bike. Head southwest on Hafnarstræti, then turn left onto Aðalstræti. Continue onto the main road and follow it to Bolungarvík. The cycling distance is approximately 8 kilometers, and it should take about 30 minutes to reach Tjaldsvæði Bolungarvíkur.
